Claude for Business Teams
Two days of department labs where each team rebuilds its own recurring work with Claude Projects, Skills and Cowork, and agrees how that work gets reviewed.
What participants will be able to do
- Find the recurring tasks where Claude saves the most time in each department
- Build shared Projects and Skills that a whole team can use
- Hand longer research and document tasks to Cowork, and review what comes back
- Connect Claude to the tools the team already uses, where policy allows
- Agree a review step and an owner for each new workflow

Mapping the work
Each department lists its recurring tasks and picks the ones worth changing.
Shared Projects
Building team Projects with instructions, source files and clear ownership.
Skills for repeat work
Turning a task the team does every week into a reusable Skill.
Delegating with Cowork
Assigning multi-step research and document work, then checking the result.
Department labs
Time for each team to build, with the instructor working through blockers.
Making it stick
Review rules, owners, and a before-and-after measure for each workflow.
What you’ll have at the end
Each department leaves with at least two working workflows, documented with an owner and a review step.
