Claude Governance and Safe Use
A working session to write the rules your company needs: what data can go into Claude, who approves new uses, and how output gets reviewed.
What participants will be able to do
- Classify which company data may be used with Claude, and under which plan and settings
- Draft an acceptable use policy that staff can follow
- Set review rules for higher-risk output
- Map the questions to raise with counsel under the data protection laws that apply to you
What the program covers
Data and plans
What Anthropic’s current terms and admin controls cover, checked against your data classes.
Rules people will follow
Drafting a short policy with clear examples of what is and isn’t allowed.
Human review
Deciding which output needs a named reviewer, and keeping a record of it.
Regional law
Issues to raise under Egypt’s Law 151 of 2020, Saudi Arabia’s PDPL and the UAE’s Federal Decree-Law 45 of 2021.
What you’ll have at the end
The team leaves with a draft policy, a data-handling table and a list of questions for legal review. This session is training, not legal advice.
