Team Rollout Program

Training, department workflows and governance combined into one program, for companies that have bought Claude and need people to actually use it.

What participants will be able to do

  • Train every group at the level it needs, in the language it works in
  • Build priority workflows with each participating department
  • Put a usable policy and review rules in place
  • Develop internal champions who can support colleagues after the program
  • Measure adoption at the start, midpoint and end

What the program covers

  1. Weeks 1–2: Baseline

    Interviews, a short survey, priority use cases, and a leadership session.

  2. Weeks 3–4: Core training

    Claude Foundations for each group, and a governance working session.

  3. Weeks 5–6: Department builds

    Labs where each department builds its priority workflows.

  4. Weeks 7–8: Handover

    Champion coaching, a repeat of the baseline measures, and a report with next steps.

What you’ll have at the end

Your company ends with trained teams, documented workflows, an agreed policy, internal champions, and adoption measures from before and after.
